Refund policy

At Akanksha Hardware, we aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Our Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and returns are processed.

Eligibility for Returns: 
You can return products within 7 days of receipt if they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items: 
Custom orders, items on sale, or damaged goods due to customer misuse are not eligible for returns.

Refund Process: 
Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges:
If you need an exchange for a different product or size, please contact us within the 7-day window. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Refund Denials:
If the product is found to be ineligible for a refund due to use, damage, or other reasons, we will notify you, and no refund will be issued.
